"How can I heal my chronic nerve pain in my chest wall?"

Answer:

Agitation to the Medulla Oblongata. ( britannica )

Medulla Oblongata :Medulla oblongata, also called medulla, the lowest part of the brain and the lowest portion of the brainstem. The medulla oblongata is connected by the pons to the midbrain and is continuous posteriorly with the spinal cord, with which it merges at the opening (foramen magnum) at the base of the skull. The medulla oblongata plays a critical role in transmitting signals between the spinal cord and the higher parts of the brain and in controlling autonomic activities, such as heartbeat and respiration.

The root cause shown to me is energy that matches Agitation to the Medulla Oblongata. The agitation is coming from the PH balance being off.  I was personally expecting to see challenges rooted in the lungs itself but from what spirit was showing me the root is in the brain. There were stagnant areas in the chest but that is more from tension and pain and not the reason behind the chronic discomfort your experiencing.  

Let me break this down further.  I was shown first in the medial fissure 

  •  Medial Longitudinal Fissure: Think of this as connecting the two hemispheres of the brain.  It was highlighted with a ray of beautiful light.  It was signifying a separation between your left and right hemispheres.

Spirit showed me the agitation in your Medulla Oblongata creating nerve agitation through the right hemisphere of your brain.  Remember this is all energy that spirit shows me.  Meaning the way spirit sees our bodies may be different then how we ( humans )  view our bodies.  They are showing me the energy imbalances behind the question asked. 

 

The energy I was shown with agitation to the medulla was showing to disrupt the right side of the brain , upper spine , and a little challenge to the heart as well.   

Spirit Recommendations 

 

  • Alkaline Diet - Spirit explain the spinal cord ph balance is off.  The diet best for this is to utilize a alkaline diet.  Spirit showed with diligence to this diet in 3 months you would be feeling better. I did ask, " which alkaline diet", however the response was the same. In so many words Spirit said , " Have Erica follow an alkaline diet that resonates with her."  Alkaline diets are pretty much all the same.  The idea is to eat more alkaline foods.
  • The theory behind an alkaline diet is foods, like meat, wheat, refined sugar, and processed foods, cause your body to produce acid.  There are lots of diets out there that eliminate those things but spirit specifically said , "alkaline diet".    
  • Remember this is not a life long diet.  Spirit said be consistent for 3 months.  
  • I asked Spirit about Apple cider vinegar and they were for it. I asked because the stomachs natural chemistry needs to be acidic to break foods down.  So I would personally encourage you to drink a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar throughout the day in your three months because it will help maintain acidity in your stomach but lower the ph over all in your body. 
  • Supplements - I ask spirit to show me if any supplement from the , STANDARD PROCESS WHOLE FOOD SUPPLEMENTS, will help. This is a brand I trust and have used for 10 years.  If another brand resonates more with you then follow your instincts.  For convenience any supplement will have a link to purchase if you. 
  • Modalities 
    • I ask spirit which physical or energetic body treatments would be good for you. These treatments would help the process but the diet is key. 
    • Acupuncture/Acupressure, 
      • Primarily the Du channel.  focusing on points Du 12 - Du 24.  Utilizing massage/acupressure, or acupuncture. 

  • Cupping Therapy and/or massage
    • Cupping therapy and massage help the body to reduce tension and areas of stagnation.   Stagnation typically comes from tensing the body and guarding it.  It can come on from protecting it when there is pain, emotional stagnation, or from scar tissue.  I was shown from yours that it is dealing more with tension from pain.

      • Body areas to focus cupping on. 
      • Back - levator scapulae, rhomboid minor & major, trapezius, latissimus dorsi.

 

  • Front of the body to utilize massage / cupping
    • Front of the right sinuses
      • I was shown that your right sinuses are being compressed due to the agitation of the medulla oblongata
      • Massage , Cupping along either side of the sternum
      • Massage, Cupping Under the clavicle on left side
      • Massage , Cupping Pectoral Muscles of left side
      • Massage, Cupping along costals of the rib cage on the left side. 
  • Cranial Sacral -Craniosacral therapy is a form of bodywork or alternative therapy that uses gentle touch to palpate the synarthrodial joints of the cranium. It is based on fundamental misconceptions about the physiology of the human skull and is promoted as a cure-all for a variety of health conditions. ( Wikipedia ) 
  • Energy healing - Spirit showed energy healing to work well for the agitation in your nervous system however it needs to be paired with diet for long term effects otherwise it will feel better and be recreated when agitating high ph foods are introduced.
